Herbies Diving Paradise was officially opened in 1990, by then, located at the Kapetanios Bay Hotel in the center of Protaras. In January 2002 we moved our dive center to the location in Pernera, just about 1 km away from the old location but now, very close to the beach with a lovely sandy bay. You will find us just around the corner from Anastasia Beach Hotel at Pernera street 36. Herbies Diving Paradise is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Herbies Diving Paradise was always following the PADI Slogan: * PADI, the way the World learns to dive * by offering PADI Programs and PADI Courses from beginner to professional level, adhering to all Standards and making diving real Fun for our customers. Since 1994 we are a PADI 5*****IDC Center with Herbie as permanent PADI Course Director on site, conducting beside all Non Leadership Courses at least 5 Instructor Courses, Emergency First Responder Instructor Courses, Specialty Instructor Courses, Master Scuba Diver Trainer Courses und IDC Staff Instructor Courses. Our aim was always and still is: Quality comes before Quantity.
Herbies Diving Paradise welcomes any referred student from any association to complete his/her training with us here at our center. Individual divers and dive groups are welcome to leave their personal equipment for the duration of their holiday in the dive center. Pick up from the hotel/accommodation and bringing our divers back after their dives will be arranged by us FREE of charge. We are more than happy to assist in finding Accommodation, Car Rentals and Airport Transfer. Also here, customer service is paramount for us.
Herbies Diving Paradise keeps the diving groups small, maximum 4 divers per guide to assure individual attention at all times to our customers. We don?t rush our divers through the water and should your air consumption allow it you are more than welcome to dive up to 50 or even 60 minutes. Another point of great flexibility is that our divers may choose the time of their dives and the dive sites. After all, holiday time is Quality time and we are more than happy to plan around your holiday schedule.
