Leadership Level Training
The first step towards PADI Professional

- A comprehensive program in three main phases: Watermanship, Knowledge Development and Practical Application
- Developing knowledge and watermanship skills to instructor level
- Qualifies you to assist PADI Instructors with students in training, and to conduct the Skin Diver Course, Discover Local Diving and Scuba Review programs
- Conduct Discover Scuba Diving in Confined Water after completing the Intership Training and Registration with PADI.

Option A - Internship
For this option you should take your time. Although only 5 confirmed water and 10 open water dives are required by Pady Standards. You will receive 30 training dives at our diving center. After all, experience pays! This Option brings you in contact and familiarizes you with a wide variety of Scuba Diving and PADI Courses. Starting with the Bubble Maker, DSD Programs and Courses from Beginner up to Divemaster plus many Specialty Courses. During your training you will learn how to draw an U/W Map, refine your Rescue Skills and learn how to make Emergency Plans for different dive sites plus how to guide certified divers on their Fundives. You will be taught additional skills which are essential for proper dive planing and dive conduct. A real challenge and a good preparation for a successfull future dive professional.
Option B - Practical Training Exercises
The Practical Training Exercises offer an alternative to an Internship when logistics and actual supervisory situations make an Internship unfeasible.Practical Training Exercises afford comparable training and exercise because we can simulate the situations candidates would encounter. Although the exercises don't provide the same hands - on training experience as an Internship, we are still able to present our candidates with a wide variety of specific challenges you may expect in your role as PADI Divemasters. The best would be to make a combination of both Options. Also here you will be trained in U/W Map making, polish your Rescue Skills and learn how to make an Emergency Plan for different dive sites and how to guide certified divers on their Fundives. Many skills not mentioned here will complete the circle, making you an outstanding Divemaster. Preparation and good Training are paramount in order to become successful in the Dive Industrie.
