Herbie's Diving Paradise was opened in 1990 and at that time was located in the Kapetanios Bay Hotel in Protaras. In January 2002 we moved to our current location in Pernera. The base is now located very close to the beach with a nice sandy bay. The dive center is very easy to find as it is only 50 meters away from the very well known Anastasia Beach Hotel.

We run and teach all courses, from children's programs to Instructor and up to IDC Staff Instructor. PADI standards have allowed and still allow training where the fun is not neglected. Since 1994 we are a PADI 5***** IDC with Herbie, the owner, as PADI Course Director all year personaly in the base.

Herbie's Diving Paradise is always keeping the dive groups small. Maximum four divers per guide so that each one of our divers can be individually supervised. Our goal has always been and always will be: Quality comes  before quantity. If the air consumption allows it, every diver is welcome to make 50 or even 60 minute dives. We know how valuable holiday time is and therefore plan as much as possible around the wishes of our divers. Herbies Diving Paradise is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Herbies Diving Paradise welcomes any student diver referred by another professional organization to complete their training at our dive center. Of course certified divers from other professional associations are always welcome. All divers as well as dive groups with their own equipment can leave their private equipment at the base during their stay.
